Your right to withdraw (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by telling us at support@rotavoo.pt or through your account. We refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Services we've already started
When you pay, you ask us to start work straight away. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid less the value of the work already done. Once a service has been fully delivered within that period, the right to withdraw no longer applies.
Ready-made tools (downloads)
Ready-made spreadsheet tools are delivered as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the download is available, as the law allows for digital content.
Business customers
If you buy for your business, the statutory right to withdraw doesn't apply. We still refund in full if you cancel before work starts; after that, we refund the value of work not yet done, as agreed with you.
Monthly plans
Cancel with 30 days' notice after the minimum term, from your account or by email. Months already paid aren't refunded, except within the consumer withdrawal period above.
Problems with the work
If something we delivered doesn't match what was agreed, tell us and we'll fix it. Your legal rights in case of non-conformity are not affected.
