Who we are

Rotavoo runs rotavoo.pt and users.rotavoo.pt. Contact: hello@rotavoo.pt. These terms apply to everything you buy from Rotavoo on rotavoo.pt and users.rotavoo.pt.

What we sell

Websites, business spreadsheets, ready-made spreadsheet tools, content and newsletter services, and website care. Each package's page describes what's included. Larger or custom work is set out in a written proposal with its deliverables, exclusions, number of revisions and timeline; a proposal is valid for 14 days.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final: Rotavoo is exempt from VAT under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA), so no VAT is added. The total is shown before you pay.

Everything is paid in advance, through Stripe, by card or the other methods shown at checkout (such as MB WAY or Multibanco): in full at checkout, or in full when you accept a proposal. Monthly services are charged at the start of each month. You receive a certified invoice by email for every payment.

How the work runs

Work starts once payment is received. You send us a short brief and the materials we need (texts, images, logos, access to your domain); timelines start from when we have them. We share the work for your review, and you approve it in your account. Revisions are included as stated in the package or proposal; further changes are quoted before we do them.

Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us (texts, images, logos, data), and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights. You're responsible for the accuracy of your content and for the information your website or newsletter publishes.

Ownership

Once paid for, you own your domain, your content and your data, and the work made specifically for you. Rotavoo keeps its reusable components, templates and know-how, and grants you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of what we delivered. Ready-made tools are licensed for use within your own business and may not be resold or shared.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Each plan has a minimum term, shown on its page and at checkout (for example 3 months). After the minimum term you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, from your account or by email; the plan ends on a renewal date after that. Months already paid aren't refunded, except as set out in our refund policy or required by law.

Liability

We do the work with care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data you didn't back up. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version that applies to an order is the one you accepted when you placed it. Questions or complaints: support@rotavoo.pt. You'll find the complaints book and dispute resolution information on the legal information page.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can use the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed on the legal information page. Otherwise, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction.
